"Turkish Bread" the most tasty and delicious bread you had never tasted. Now can be prepared at home by the recipe given below. It is flat, fluffy, topped with chili flakes which can bring water in your mouth. It is very easy to make because it can prepared by mixing the available ingredients at home and then shape it and bake. It is cooked traditionally and serve traditionally with butter or olive oil. It is very similar to that of pizza bread in shape but the taste of both is different from each other.
Ingredients:-
- 500 g Flour
- 150 ml warm Milk
- 150 ml warm Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Dry Yeast
- 3 tab Olive Oil
- Chopped Parsley
- Chili Flakes
Procedure:-
- Whisk flour with salt and Yeast. Add warm water and milk and knead just until liquid absorb.
- Add olive oil and knead until smooth dough form.
- Form the dough into a ball, cover with vegetable oil and set aside in warm place until doubled in size.
- When the dough is done rising, cut it into 6 and roll each piece into a ball.
- Roll out each flatbread and place on a pan preheated on medium heat . Cook for 5 minutes.
- When you flip each flatbread rise up .
- Brush each hot flatbread with oil, then top with parsley and chili flakes.
- Now your tasty and delicious Turkish Bread is ready to serve.
