Pan Shake

The Pan Shake is mouth watering combination of pan, ice cream and gulkand. This pan shake can give us  a lots of flavour, which your family, friends, or guests will love this.  This dessert contain a lot of nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin D, Calcium etc and gives us instant energy.

 Ingredients:-

  • Calcutta betel leaves or Pan leaves
  • Gulkand
  • Pan masala
  • Fennel seeds or Sauf
  • Vanilla Ice cream
  • Honey
  • Tutti Frutti
Procedure:-
  • To make gulkand:-
  • Chop the rose leaves 
  • Put it in a glass container and put a layer of sugar in it.
  • Put some amount of honey to make it sticky.
  • Put the container in sunlight for 7-10 days.
  • Mix some amount of tutti frutti with it.
  • Now your gulkand is ready.
  • To make pan shake:-
  • Put gulkand, pan leaves, pan masala, sauf, vanilla ice cream in the mixer and blend it until it's texture turns smooth
  • Refrigerate it for 1 hour 
  • Now your pan shake is ready
