Chapati sandwich or veg Frankie

 Are you looking for a recipe which made up of leftover food and which is good for health to, then this recipe is for you. Veg Frankie a street originate from the kolkata. It's original name is kathi kabab. Now a days this recipie is available in different varieties. It can be prepared very quickly and its also a delicious food. You had heared about many types of sandwiches and today I had bought a chapati sandwich or veg Frankie whose recipie is given below.

Ingredients:-

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 3 chapati
  • Tomato sauce
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • 3 tsp green chutney
  • For stuffing:-
  • 2 tsp oil 
  • Half capsicum sliced 
  • Potatoes
  • Chili powder 
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp char masala
  • Salt
  • 3/4 cup paneer 
  • Cheese
Procedure:-
  • Saute capsicum for 2-3 minute in some oil
  • Add boiled potato and paneer 
  • Add Chili powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and salt
  • Mix it well and make a cylindrical shape from the stuffing
  • Put some butter on a pan and warm up the chapati on the pan
  • Spread generous amount of tomato sauce
  • Add some chopped carrot and chopped onion in the stuffing
  • Add green chutney and fold the chapati carefully 
  • Now your veg Frankie or chapati sandwich is ready
