Eggless Cooker Cake

Preparation time:- 15 minutes
Cooking time:- 45 minutes

Ingredients:-
  • 1 cup Salt,
  • 3 tbsp Butter,
  • 3 tbsp Oil,
  • 3/4 Condensed Milk,
  • 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar,
  • 2 tbsp Curd,
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence,
  • 1 tbsp Oil,
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda,
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder,
  • 1/4 cup Semolina (Suji),
  • 1 1/4 cups Refined Flour,
  • 1/2 cup Milk,
Procedure:-
  • Add 1 cup of salt in a pressure cooker and place a wire stand in the bottom. Close the lid, remove the whistle and let it heat in medium-high flame.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add butter, oil and whip for a minute until it mix well.
  • Now add condensed milk and whip it once, now add powdered sugar and start whipping until thick and slightly fluffy.
  • Then add curd, vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Now in the mixture add semolina, sieve refined flour and mix everything well. 
  • Now in another small bowl, add oil, baking soda, baking powder and mix well. Transfer this into the mixture and mix well.
  • Add milk and whisk to ensure there are no lumps. The batter should be of coating consistency.
  • Stick the butter paper to the cake tin using a little bit of butter and then pour all of the batter inside the cake tin.
  • Place the cake tin  carefully  inside the cooker using tongs and close. Adjust heat to medium-low and bake for 40-45 mins without the whistle.
  • Check the cake with knife by pocking it in the center. if it is clear take the cake tin out.
