Hello Everyone,
Today i am going to share with you a very tasty, spicy and crispy veg receipe. It can be easily be made at home. Everyone who loves to eat some spicy food and chatpatta will definitely love to eat this.
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup Refined Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 cup Corn Flour
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper a pinch
- Water as required
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup diced Carrot
- 1/2 cup Baby Corn
- 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 1/2 cup Mushroom
- 1/2 cup diced Potato
- 1/2 cup diced Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Onion (Petals)
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped Spring Onion
- 1 tsp chopped Green Chillies
- 4 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tbsp Spring Onion Greens
Procedure:-
- In a mixing bowl add the refined flour, corn flour, salt & pepper, whisk well to prepare a smooth & thick batter.
- Add baking powder and mix well.
- Add all the vegetables in the batter, mix and coat well.
- Heat oil for frying, first fry on the medium high flame for 3-4 minutes, remove it on an absorbent paper and refry them on high flame until crisp and golden brown.
- Heat oil in a wok add garlic, ginger, spring onions, green chillies and saute them on a high flame for a minute.
- Add all the sauces, salt and white pepper and saute on high flame for a minute.
- Add all the fried veggies and toss well to ensure the fried veggies are coated well with the sauce.
- Garnish with few freshly chopped spring onion greens.
- Serve hot and crispy.
