If you've never heard of a "Banoffee Pie" be prepared to discover your new delicious desert. Banoffee Pie is an english dessert made from bananas, cream and toffee from boiled condensed milk either on a pastry base or one made from crumbled biscuits and butter. Try this simple recipe which is scrumptiously crunchy, sticky and creamy dessert.

- 20 Digestives Biscuits
- 125 gm Melted Butter
For Toffee Filling:-
- 400 gm Caramel
- 1 Banana
- A squeeze of lime
- Fresh Whipped Cream
- Grated Chocolate
Procedure:-
- Crush 20 pieces of digestive biscuits and mix it with 125 gm of melted butter.
- Put this mixture in a seven inch dish and keep it in fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Take a can of condensed milk and immerse it in boiling water for 2 hours.
- Cut 1 banana into small pieces and add a squeeze of lime to it. Arrange it over the base.
- Spread the caramel over this and add fresh whipped cream over it.
- Finally Sprinkle some grated chocolates to it.
- Your yummy Banoffee Pie is ready!
