Homemade Chocolate

Do you love chocolate? I think it's a wrong question who doesn't like chocolate. Every age group be its a child, an adult or an aged person love to eat chocolate & if it is homemade then it will be "cherry on the cake". Homemade chocolates can be eaten in any quantity as it is fresh. Do you know chocolate is good for health as it reduces stress and it is good for our heart. In this phase of coronovirus & lockdown why not to control negativity and reduce our stress by preparing chocolates at home. It is very easy and can be prepared in any quantity as we want.

Ingredients:-
  • Chocolate Compound
  • Double Boiler
  • Chocolate Moulds
  • Spoon or Spatula
  • Any Flavoured Crunch available in the market like Butterscoth etc.
  • Dry Fruits (Optional)
Procedure:-
  • Get your chocolate compound and cut it in equal pieces.
  • Prepare your double boiler.
  • In a double boiler, melt your chocolate but very carefully as it can be easily burned, so constantly stir the chocolate.
  • Once done, turn off the flame, and mix it until you feel that shine in your chocolate.
  • Add dry fruits if you want in the mixture.
  • Transfer the melt chocolate into the moulds, and tap the content to remove any air cavity.
  • Place the moulds in the refrigerator for atleast 15 min for good hard chocolate.
  • Once you reach the time, take the moulds out and gently tap the chocolates and push them out.
  • Your homemade chocolates are ready.
