Cheese Pizza Cone

All of us love to eat pizza. There are many varieties of pizza available in the market. But today i am going to share with you a unique type of pizza. It is tasty as well as crispy. Today i am going to share with you the recipe of cheese pizza cone. 

Ingredients:-  
  • Maida:- 1 cup
  • Carom (Ajwain) seeds:-1/2 tsp
  • Salt:- 1 tsp
  • Butter:- 2 tsp
  • Water:- 1 glass
  • Oil:- 2 tbsp
  • Carrots:- 1 cup
  • Cabbage:- 1 cup
  • Capsicum:- 1 cup
  • Red chilli flakes:- 1 tsp
  • Oregano:- 1 tsp
  • Paneer:- 2 tbsp
  • Cheese:- 1 cup
  • Salt:- 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander:- 3 tsp
For Cone:-
All purpose flour:- 2 tbsp
Water

Procedure:-
  • In a bowl add maida, 1/2 tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp butter, 1 cup water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 cup carrots, 2 cup cabbage, 1 cup capsicum, 1 cup corn, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, and stir well.
  • Switch off stove, add 2 tbsp paneer, 2 tsp mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Switch on stove and add 1 tsp coriander and mix well.
  • Take a medium sized ball from dough and make a circle.
  • Roast the roti on tawa for 3-5 min on medium heat and cut the roti into 4 parts.
  • Take a small part of stuffing and fill stuffing into the cone. Fill all the cones with mixture and coat with dry maida.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
  • Dip the cones in the green chutney mixture and roll  them in sev.
  • Serve.
